Perched on the slopes above St Helena, our estate vineyards produce Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay of uncommon depth — each bottle a testament to patience, terroir, and an unwavering standard of craft.
The story of St Supery begins with a simple conviction: that the slopes above St Helena hold some of the most distinctive vineyard land in Napa Valley. Planted in 1980 by Robert and Janice Mondavi, the estate was named in honor of their grandmother, St. Supery Mondavi — a woman whose quiet strength shaped an entire winemaking dynasty.
Today, under the stewardship of the Schultze family, the vineyard continues a tradition of meticulous viticulture. Each vine is hand-tended. Each harvest is timed with precision. The result is wine that speaks with clarity and conviction — a true expression of this extraordinary hillside terroir.
Every bottle from St Supery carries the signature of our hillside vineyard — structured, layered, and built for the long term.
The cornerstone of our estate. Dark cherry, cassis, and espresso with a velvety structure and a finish that lingers for minutes. Aged 18 months in French oak.
Only produced in exceptional vintages. Deep, brooding, and profoundly complex — blackberry liqueur, dark chocolate, and crushed mineral with remarkable aging potential.
Ripe pear, toasted almond, and a whisper of vanilla from French oak. Balanced acidity and a creamy mid-palate that reveals more with each sip.
Our tasting room sits at the edge of the vineyard, where the air carries the scent of ripe fruit and sun-warmed earth. Whether you join us for a guided flight or a private cellar experience, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of what makes this place extraordinary.
Walk the hills, then sit among the vines for a curated tasting of our current releases in a relaxed, unhurried setting.

Join our inner circle for exclusive allocations, members-only events, and first access to limited-release vintages throughout the year.
Our 140-acre estate sits on the western slopes of the Mayacamas Mountains, where elevation, aspect, and volcanic soil combine to create conditions that reward patience. Vineyards range from 200 to 1,400 feet, each with its own microclimate and character.
We farm with intention — canopy management, green harvesting, and selective picking ensure that only the finest fruit reaches the winery. The result is wines of concentration and balance, with the structure to evolve gracefully over decades.
"The best wine is made in the vineyard — everything else happens in the winery."
We welcome visitors to our tasting room throughout the week. Reservations are recommended for the private cellar experience; walk-ins are always welcome for our standard tasting.
